The Fireside Fall Retreat are for all future Living Waters Region youth who have completed 6th to 12th Grade (in the 2026-2027 School Year)+ Adult Sponsors*
*Youth must attend with an adult sponsor. Multiple youth are able to have the same sponsor.

CCIW requires all adults working with youth to submit a background check (at our cost). Additionally, the state of Illinois requires all adults working with youth to complete a Mandated Reporter Training which can be completed online at no charge by visiting https://mandatedreporter.dcfs.illinois.gov/en/index-man. Registered Sponsors will receive information about these two requirements via email.

Join us for the FIRESIDE FALL YOUTH RETREAT—a weekend designed for youth in grades 6–12 to connect, unwind, and grow. With great food, fun games, and fall vibes all around, we’ll gather for community and conversation that matters. Inspiring keynotes will spark fierce conversations and help us explore what it means to live with fearless faith. Don’t miss this unforgettable fall getaway.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

You may pay by CREDIT CARD or by CHECK.

If your CHURCH is contributing toward the registration fee, partially or in full:

Select "Church (Full Payment)"
Submit your registration and print a copy of your confirmation.
Provide that confirmation to your church and pay them your portion of the fee, if any.
The church should then submit one check payable to CCIW for all participants it is covering.

Billing information is required for all payment methods. Credit card details will only be collected if you choose that payment option. A processing fee is applied to all forms of payment.
